1 - Click on the "Gear" tab that lists our current available items and make your choice from the $9.99, $12.99, and $15.99 categories
2 - Click on the "Phrases" tab and choose your phrase at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
3 - Email us the Item number and the phrase number (Or your personalized phrase - YES! whatever Chiari phrase you would like on your item)
4 - We will email you back with confirmation the item is still available and total cost (item price plus shipping).
5 - You confirm acceptance of the order and pay via PayPal or pay with a credit card via phone.
Awareness: Every item is shipped with a laminated "Pass it On" card. Please see the "Details" tab for more information.

This website was built with $10. That's right! $10. It isn't the fanciest of websites and it certainly isn't the most optimal ordering system. But, our purpose is to keep costs down so that we can offer inexpensive products.The cost of medical bills from Chiari is astronomical! We refuse to add to that burden by asking you to pay for fancy moving and flashing items and information built into the cost of a shirt. We have, however, attempted to make your experience as painless as possible. We hope you find our offerings as well as our mission to support Chiarians worth a little bit of inconvenience!!
Why the deal? I have so many people requesting Chiari Ribbons, Zipper prints, etc., and I do not have the funds to hire a graphic designer. If I can recoup 40% of my original investment, I can have about 4 designs made and start getting everyone what they really want! We have to tell the world about Chiari they way YOU want to tell the world!!

Yes, we offer items at the lowest price possible. And, yes, we make every attempt to keep costs down and pass along those savings to you. However, that does not mean that we are lax on customer service. Please know that we take pride in serving your needs and supplying you with the items that you want, exactly how you want them. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of your items, no questions asked, for the full item purchase price, minus the shipping fees and return shipping. Damaged goods can be returned and you will be credited for the full purchase price as well as shipping both ways.
